Through their dedication and expertise, they provide tailored support to adults and children in their homes, promoting independence, autonomy, and helping clients achieve their personal goals. Support Worker & Clinical Support Worker In this role, you will follow a bespoke training programme tailored to the individual you support. Once trained, you will step confidently into your role, providing support that is adapted to each client’s requirements. Responsibilities may include: Personal care and mobility assistance Supporting education, work, social activities, and medical appointments Clinical interventions, such as stoma care, PEG feeding, or medication administration Emotional and social support to meet the client’s holistic needs Accurate documentation using digital tools to ensure transparency and high-quality support Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills Experience in a similar role is desirable Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task Compassion, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve quality of life Commitment to person-centred support, respecting individuality, and empowering clients to achieve their goals BECOME A SUPPORT WORKER Bank Registered Nurse As a Bank Registered Nurse, you can choose shifts that suit your lifestyle, supporting a healthy work-life balance. You will provide person-centred clinical care, including medication management, stoma care, tracheostomy care, wound care, and more. This role offers clinical autonomy and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include: Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training of Support Workers Managing support packages, including staffing needs, client visits, and documentation audits Ensuring compliance, mediation, and updating care plans Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Case Officer or Support Worker Excellent multitasking and communication skills Ability to build strong professional relationships JOIN OUR OFFICE TEAM Care Coordinator As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with Case Officers and Support Workers to manage rotas for multiple clients. Your role ensures that staffing is sufficient, schedules are efficient, and travel routes are considered.
