At Amore Complex Care, we believe people living with complex health conditions should receive excellent person-centred care, be treated with dignity and supported to reach their goals – all from the comfort of their home.

To achieve this, we have a fully compliant multidisciplinary team consisting of Registered Nurses, Registered Managers, Positive Behavioural Support Specialist and an in-house Training team who equip our Support Workers with the tools and skills required to support the individual in their care.

Our Approach

From the outset, we include the client in their support journey so they can help shape their care and support. We use inclusive communication methods, such as PECS, social stories and Makaton, ensuring every effort is made to enable clients to have autonomy over their care – helping to build their independence and build trust with their Support team.

Nurse-led Clinical Care

Our Complex Care Nurses bring extensive clinical expertise in high-dependency care needs and oversee the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care. They collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to:

Formulate and implement individualised care plans
Monitor and oversee Clinical Support teams
Ensure evidence-based, high-quality care
Promote client independence and wellbeing

Continuity of Clinical Support Workers

Our reliable long-term staff know our clients’ routines and can identify health concerns early on. As our permanent Support Workers become familiar with the person’s routines, they become adept at spotting anything out-of-the-ordinary, allowing for prompt intervention before minor concerns escalate into hospital admissions.
