Why do you love your job?

It has to be finding about those stories from clients, from our Support Workers. Just about those sort of now versus then stories.

Why did you want to be a part of Amore Complex Care?

Withing marketing it’s hard to find a company that really cares about accessibility. So making a website, social media and all the different marketing channels accessible to those with additional needs. And I thought Amore Complex Care, they provide complex care to some of those people groups. I thought what a great way to incorporate that in my marketing and I get the chance to do that every single day, which is so rewarding for me.

How have you progressed since joining Amore Complex Care?

I was hired as a level three apprentice and then even before I had completed my apprenticeship, it was in April of last year where I was promoted to a Marketing Executive.

How would you describe your job in one word?

Dynamic. In the way that it changes every single day.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I really like nerdy hobbies – I love reading, I love video games, I love theatre especially. In this office and in the company as a whole, you’ll always find somebody who takes an interest in what you do outside of work.
