It incorporates CPI-aligned de-escalation and disengagement techniques, alongside our Safety Pod model to promote safe, proactive support. Staff develop the skills to manage challenging situations safely and effectively. Accredited certifications in CPI Safety Intervention, PRICE, and Team Teach support staff competence. This training equips teams to respond to maintain care standards safely. LEARN MORE Specialist and Bespoke Training Training is tailored to the needs of the individual in your care, supporting the delivery of complex and condition-specific care. By joining our team you will have access to specialist clinical skills training and nationally recognised qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care. Additional development includes Makaton, PECS, Basic Sign Language, and other communication-focused approaches. This ensures you provide personalised, inclusive, and high-quality support that reflects each client’s unique needs. Clinical Training Pathway Clinical training focuses on developing the skills and confidence needed to deliver complex, person-centred care. This enables you to apply classroom learning in practical settings, with supervision and observed practice, progressing through a structured pathway of assessment and competency sign-off. Training covers specialist interventions such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and stoma care. This approach ensures you can respond effectively to complex clinical situations.
