Skilled Support Workers, we have an exciting opportunity for you to step up and help support a lady in her thirties who requires support, including urostomy care, advanced mental health support and wound care.

As a self-confessed night owl, our client typically heads to bed between 11pm and 1am, so some support may be needed during the night. This could include offering drinks, helping with repositioning, or simply providing a bit of emotional support and company.

Location: Greasby, Wirral

Pay: Up to £15.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Package: 1:1 basis during both the day and sleep shifts

Shifts: Long day sleeps, 24-hour shifts starting at 9:00am to 11:00pm and then a sleep shift from 11:00pm to 9:00am

About the Role

• You will be supporting a lady who is in her thirties who has Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, Crossed Quadriplegia, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), as well as anxiety and depression
• Our client loves getting out and about across the UK but also enjoys quiet time to recharge, requiring Support Workers who can understand that balance
• We are looking for Support Workers who will take the time to get to know our client, people who are understanding and bubbly, who understand our client has full capacity. You will enable her to have full involvement in decisions about her care

Meet the First Person You’ll Be Supporting

I am an outgoing and clever lady in my thirties who has full capacity and will work together with you, making decisions about my own care. I enjoy:

• Spending time with my friends, some of which have additional needs too
• Getting on the road and enjoying days out across the UK
• Having some quiet time too
• Spending time with my dogs

A note from our client:

“I’m really flexible when it comes to working together. Just remember, you’ll be in my home, so we’ll need a little time to get to know each other. It might take a while for me to feel totally comfortable, but once we click, you’ll be like a friend for life. My Support Requirements

I am diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, Crossed Quadriplegia, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), as well as anxiety and depression. I am also currently experiencing a high number of infections, which can impact my mood.

• Quiet time to balance out my social life and days out, so I need people who understand that balance

Want an exciting role to learn new skills and build experience?  We are looking for friendly and kind Support Workers to support a  lady in her thirties who is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and has a mild learning disability.

You will support her to follow her religious practices in her Kosher home and help our client to access her favourite activities, from baking to going to the pub with her friends. We will provide comprehensive training in your induction to help you feel confident in your role.

Location: Prestwich, Greater Manchester

Pay: From £14.65 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Package: 1:1 basis during both the day and sleep shifts

Shifts: 8:00am-11:00pm day shift, and then a sleep shift

• This role has an emphasis on community activities such as swimming, cycling, and trips to the pub where our client can socialise with her friends. You will engage in her hobbies in and outside the home, such as baking
• We are looking for a Support Worker who will engage with our client and is interested in getting to know them. building trust and enabling their religious practices in a Kosher home

Meet the First Person You’ll Be Supporting

I am a 34 year old lady who is sociable and friendly. I enjoy:

• Spending time with my family and wider social circle. who I have good relationships with
• Going to the pub with my friends
• Getting active with swimming and cycling
• Engaging with my religion within a Kosher home

I want to attend a synagogue in the future, so I want my staff to be curious to learn more about my interests and my faith. Building trust with my staff team is important to me, and you will need to be a friendly person who is willing to engage in my activities.

My Support Requirements

I am diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and have a mild learning disability

We are looking for a patient, sociable and empathetic Support Worker to help support a gentleman in his fifties, joining a dedicated team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide clinical support, including tracheostomy care, We can provide all bespoke training for the clinical skills required during your induction process.

Location: Birkenhead, Wirral

Pay: From £14.65-£16.81 per hour (excluding holiday entitlement)

Package: 2:1 basis during the day and night

Shifts: 8:00am-8:00pm for the day and 8:00pm to 8:00am waking nights

About the Role

• You will be supporting a gentleman in his fifties within his own home who has an acquired brain injury, impacting his communication. While he is nonverbal, our client can communicate via his eye movement
• This role involves providing tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and movement via a hoist, as our client has paralysis on his left side. He will also need support during any seizures
• We are looking for a Support Worker who is warm, patient, energetic, and who is able to create a positive environment

I am a gentleman in my fifties who loves to banter with my support team. I enjoy:

• Football
• Everton Football Club
• Being out in the community
• Watching Netflix

I enjoy spending time with staff who are fun and sociable, and who can have a laugh with me. I have been described as cheeky by my team of established Support Workers, and I love chatty personalities.

My Support Requirements

I have an acquired brain injury and am nonverbal, communicating with eye movement. At times, I can have seizures and I regularly need tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and movement via a hoist, as I have paralysis on his left side.

I benefit from:

• Time out in the community using my manual van as transport
