I love my job. The reason I love my job is because of my upbringing. I was in care and I just wanted to give something back as I understand how care works. Also, I love the team that I work with. The lads that are here are absolutely great and you can see that every single one of them care for LR. You can see that everyone’s got the best interests at heart. How would you describe your role in one word? Like a roller coaster. There’s days where you go, wow that was a tough day, but then there’s days where you go, wow, do you what, I’ve just achieved something amazing there. It’s only that you sit back and realise how much you actually do for somebody and the job role that you’re doing and what you do for somebody.
