Package: 2:1 day shifts and 1:1 waking night support

What am I looking for in a Support Worker?

I’m a fun and bubbly guy, and I love to have fun with my staff. It is important to me that my staff team will have a joke and banter with me.

As I love going out in my mobility vehicle, which my team can drive, I am looking for staff who can drive.

What are my aspirations?
