I just love the culture. Everyone’s happy and everybody loves what they do – I just wanted to be involved. Why do you love your job? I get to meet every new Support Worker that comes through the door and I love sharing stories from my time as a Support Worker and I love the rollercoaster of recruitment. How has your career developed with us? I started at Amore complex Care as a Recruitment Resourcer two and a half years ago, and then within six months, I was the Senior Recruitment Resourcer. I’ve done that for the last two years and have recently been promoted to Recruitment Manager alongside doing my level seven apprenticeship, which I will be finished in the next couple of months. What would you tell someone thinking about joining us? If I was to give anybody advice on wanting to work for Amore Complex Care. I would say there is definitely career progression within the industry. Health and social care has a lot of career progression. You can go from a Support Worker to Recruitment to Case Officer, whichever path you want to take, there is definitely progression there. What’s a fun fact about you? When I was doing my law degree, I went to China for three months and did an internship. I didn’t speak any Chinese and then really difficult, but did get to do the Great Wall of China whilst I was there in Beijing. Want to Make a Difference?
